I started working with Theresa about 6 months ago. For me it’s extremely important that I am eating the right things at the right time so I can perform at my best. We adjusted my diet to be more protein and fat focused with an emphasis on locally sourced produce. Theresa also prepared my diet in a way that was easy to cook on a weekly basis so I don’t have to spend hours in the kitchen preparing everything which would leave little time for my training and work.
I picked up an injury and she gave me extra items to eat that helped with the recovery phase and are getting me back onto the pitch faster.
